This policy describes how Olivia Hall (referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information we obtain when you visit or purchase from OliviaHall.shop (the “Site”) or in-store.
This Privacy Policy discusses the “Personal Information” that Olivia Hall obtains from you on OliviaHall.shop and in-store. We refer to this information as "Order Information."

About Cookies: We use cookies to record session information, including, but not limited to, website activity, items added to a visitor's shopping cart, and IP address. Our store also uses Pinterest Tag, Google, Facebook Pixel, and Adroll to track customer behavior.
If you provide us with your postal address online, you will only receive information for the address you provided. Those who provide a phone number online will only receive information about orders you placed online if we contact you by phone.
About Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have a special relationship with any ad server companies.
Customers may contact us by email to prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected. Upon request, we provide website visitors with access to unique identifier information we maintain about them (such as a customer number or password) and transaction information we maintain about them (such as the date, amount, and type of purchases made by the customer). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and general Shopify applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
PAYMENTS: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
