Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns of new products within 30 days of receiving your order. These new, unopened products are eligible for a refund or gift card. We also accept returns of opened, lightly used, tested, or tried products within 30 days of receiving your order. These second-hand products are eligible for a gift card only, which can be used for your next purchase. These items are not refundable.

All samples, makeup lights, makeup cases, makeup chairs, and promotional items are final. Original order shipping charges are not refundable.

If you received the wrong item or the package was damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will send you a return label to quickly resolve the issue. We do not provide refunds for damaged items; however, we will ensure that the item you receive is intact.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will send you a gift card via email after your return is received and processed at our warehouse. You can place an order with the gift card as needed. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note: Additional shipping charges may apply during exchanges.

In-Store Returns

Mail-in Returns:

1. If you are located in the United States, please click on our Returns Portal link and follow the prompts. For international return assistance, please contact Support@OliviaHall.shop or call +1 646-858-1339.

2. Place the item in its original packaging and package it carefully.

3. Please include your order invoice number on the outside of the package so that we can properly credit your account.

4. Return labels are available through our Returns Portal. If you choose to use the label provided, $5.99 will be deducted from the amount of your return to process it. You may choose an alternative shipping method to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation to ensure delivery of your item.

5. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. We will contact you once it has been processed.

International Returns

Olivia Hall does not offer international return labels. If you live outside of the United States and need to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back and forth.
